These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services and website access for The Healing Kiln LLC. By booking an appointment, completing intake forms, or receiving services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Scope of Services

The Healing Kiln LLC provides professional massage therapy services intended for relaxation, stress reduction, and muscular relief.

Massage therapy is not medical treatment and is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, care, or treatment by a licensed physician or healthcare provider. No medical claims are made.

Clients are responsible for consulting a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical conditions.

2. Client Responsibility & Disclosure

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete health information

  • Update the therapist regarding any changes in medical condition

  • Disclose injuries, surgeries, pregnancy, medications, or other relevant conditions

Failure to disclose relevant medical information releases The Healing Kiln LLC from liability related to undisclosed conditions.

We reserve the right to refuse or modify treatment if a condition is deemed contraindicated or unsafe.

3. Informed Consent

By receiving services, you acknowledge and agree:

  • Massage therapy involves manual techniques that may result in temporary soreness, mild discomfort, or bruising

  • Results are not guaranteed

  • You voluntarily consent to treatment

  • You may request modification or termination of treatment at any time

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service fee.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

By booking through our platform hosted by Wix, you authorize The Healing Kiln LLC to charge the card on file in accordance with this policy.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future services.

5. Late Arrivals

Late arrival will result in a shortened session to avoid impacting subsequent clients. Full session fees still apply.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service for unpaid balances

  • Require prepayment for future appointments

  • Update pricing at any time without prior notice

7. Professional Conduct & Boundaries

Massage therapy services are strictly therapeutic and professional.

Any inappropriate conduct, sexual remarks, or boundary violations will result in immediate termination of the session without refund. The client will be permanently refused future services.

The Healing Kiln LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, safety concerns, or policy violations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

The Healing Kiln LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from services provided.

Clients voluntarily assume all risks associated with massage therapy services.

Liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

9. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Healing Kiln LLC from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

  • Failure to disclose medical conditions

  • Misuse of information provided

  • Violation of these Terms & Conditions

10. Website & Intellectual Property

All website content, including branding, text, images, logos, and materials, is the property of The Healing Kiln LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

11. Privacy

Client information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in that policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana.

Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within Montana.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
