1. Services Rendered

All massage therapy services are non-refundable once the service has been provided.

Massage therapy is a hands-on professional service. Results may vary between individuals, and satisfaction is subjective. Refunds will not be issued based on personal preference, pressure level, or expected outcomes.

2. Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments canceled within [24 hours] of the scheduled time, or missed without notice, are non-refundable and subject to being charged up to 100% of the service fee, in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

3. Prepaid Services & Packages

If you offer prepaid sessions or packages, include this section:

Prepaid services, packages, or gift certificates are non-refundable but may be transferable at the discretion of The Healing Kiln LLC.

Unused prepaid sessions may expire according to the terms stated at purchase.

4. Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Lost or stolen gift certificates may not be replaced.

5. Service Modifications

If you are dissatisfied during your session, you are encouraged to communicate immediately so adjustments can be made. We strive to ensure comfort and professionalism at all times.

Concerns raised after the completion of the session do not guarantee a refund.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of The Healing Kiln LLC. Approval of a refund in one instance does not establish a precedent for future refunds.

7. Chargebacks

By booking through our online system hosted by Wix, you agree not to initiate chargebacks for services rendered in accordance with our stated policies.
